One reel, torn down frame by frame. Instagram, 29 seconds, posted in the Claude-for-Instagram niche.

12,354views
3,057likes
8,820comments
71.4%comment rate

This is the finding. A comment rate of 71% of views is not a normal reel - most sit under 1%. This post is an engine for one action, and everything in it serves that action. Views are modest; the engagement is extraordinary. Copy the format, not the numbers.

The shape

The outcome lands before a single instruction. Everything after it is the how, shown rather than told, and the whole thing closes on one word the viewer must type.

What actually drove it

The gate, not the content. A number as the keyword - 55 - is faster to type than a word and impossible to get wrong. The promise behind it is specific and worth having: the exact prompt, plus a tutorial. That pairing is what converted curiosity about a result into 8,820 typed comments.

Every step is a real screen. The Claude menu, the connector search, the permissions dialog, the strategy deck. Nobody is told where to click; they are shown. Two words of caption over each screen carry it.

The proof beat is the only claim with a picture. At 0:22 her two posts sit side by side - 1,506 views against 292K. Same creator, same audience, so the comparison is honest and unarguable.

The flaw, and it matters if you copy this. Her spoken numbers and her on-screen numbers do not match - she says 300k views and 14k leads; the cards read 292K and 28.6K. Nobody in the comments noticed, but it is the seam in the proof, and a viewer who does notice loses the whole reel. If you run this format, make the number you say and the number you show the same number.

How to run this in another niche

Take the structure, leave the words. Open on a real outcome of your own. Show the actual thing working, screen by screen, with two words over each. Put a genuine before-and-after in the last third. Gate one specific, worth-having resource behind a keyword short enough to type without thinking.

Do not reuse her script, her caption or her keyword - a copied script gets reach-suppressed, and the format is what is worth having anyway.
