What Ootto is

Ootto is an AI marketing team for small businesses. It reads a business's website and Instagram, studies the reels already working in its niche, then makes, posts and answers for it. Customers run it inside Claude, or have us do it all for them.

What you'll do

  • 1Ship features and fixes. End to end, tested, from a customer problem to the change that solves it.
  • 2Find the real cause. When something goes wrong, find why, and change it so it cannot happen quietly again.
  • 3Keep it simple. Code the next person can read and change.
  • 4Own what you ship. Check it works for the people using it, not only that it passed.

You'll fit if you

  • Have shipped software people use, and can link to it.
  • Can say what you would do differently in something you built.
  • Find the cause of a problem before you change anything.
  • Work well on your own, with no manager checking in.
  • Finish what you start.

Good to have

  • You have shipped something people paid for.
  • You have worked on a product with real customers.
  • Your GitHub or portfolio shows work you are proud of.
