A Claude Code operator for go-to-market. You build with Claude Code, ship what customers need, make and launch reels, and talk to the people using Ootto.

What Ootto is
Ootto is an AI marketing team for small businesses. It reads a business's website and Instagram, studies the reels already working in its niche, then makes, posts and answers for it. Customers run it inside Claude, or have us do it all for them.
What you'll do
- 1Build features with Claude Code. Take a customer problem from a call or a bug report and ship the fix or the feature, end to end, tested.
- 2Build the tech behind go-to-market. Landing pages, onboarding flows, automations, tracking and the small internal tools that help us sell and support.
- 3Create and launch reels with Claude. Research what's working, make the reels, post them, read the numbers and do it again.
- 4Take calls. Demos, onboarding and support calls with customers, then turn what you hear into the next thing you build.
You'll fit if you
- Already use Claude Code (or a similar coding agent) daily and know how to get real work out of it.
- Can read and change a TypeScript or Python codebase without hand-holding.
- Care how things look and how they convert, not only whether they run.
- Are comfortable on a call with a customer and explain things plainly.
- Work well on your own and finish what you start.

- You've grown an Instagram or TikTok account, yours or a client's.
- You've shipped something people paid for.
- You've worked at a startup or as a forward-deployed or solutions engineer.
