Ootto reads a business's website, plans reels from what works in its niche and makes them in its own voice and colours. We are looking for people who can show their work. Pick a role, answer a few questions in your own words, and send it. A person on our team reads every application.

- A local gym gives you one afternoon and a phone. What reel do you make, and how do its first three seconds go?
- A reel of yours that worked: why did it work, and what would you do differently now?
- How do you work on your own, with no manager checking in?
- What would you do in your first week at Ootto?
