Questions, answered honestly
Are the reels real, or just mockups?
Real. Every reel is rendered by the same engine that runs the demo brand you see on this page - scripted, built, scored and exported as a video. Nothing here is stock footage or a fake screenshot.
Does it post to my account on its own?
Only when you let it. Reels always land in your dashboard first. You turn on auto-posting when you're ready, and only above-bar reels go out.
How do we handle Instagram?
You connect your account through Instagram's own login screen, the same one you'd use on Instagram itself - we never see or store your password. Once connected, Ootto reads your bio, captions and past reels to learn your voice. It can post reels or reply to comments and DMs only after you turn that on yourself, and you can disconnect at any time.
How does it learn my brand?
During onboarding it scans your Instagram and website - your voice, colors, products and the claims you can't make - and builds a living brand brain you can edit anytime.
What if it can't verify something?
It tells you. A stalled reel shows as stalled, an unknown status shows as unknown. Ootto never claims a result it can't back up.
Does Ootto edit videos as well?
