What does Ootto actually do on its own?
It builds the storefront and then operates it, running A/B tests, adjusting pricing inside your cap, managing catalog and orders, answering shoppers, and reporting. Everything runs inside a mandate you sign, and every action is logged.
How is the autonomy bounded?
You grant a specific scope with hard spend and discount caps. Ootto can only act inside it; anything beyond pauses for your approval, and you can revoke the mandate in one click to stop the agent instantly.
Can I bring an existing store?
Yes. Ootto migrates your catalog, variants and inventory over and takes over the operating from there, or just handles the parts you want.
What about payments and my data?
