Personal-account flow
- Open your workspace where your account has owner or billing permissions.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm with Cancel My Subscription.
- Verify status and next billing date.
What personal users should confirm
- You are not in a fresh invoice cycle.
- Billing permission is active.
- Next charge date is no longer scheduled.
If you do not see Billing, ask an owner/admin for permission in Team Members and repeat.
