The thing that breaks most teams here is not a missing idea. It is context-switching: you run a research command, then a hook command, then a script command, then a caption command, and by the end the reel no longer matches your first insight.

content-factory exists so you stop carrying that cognitive tax.

The real prompt I used

/content-factory - my niche is local service providers, model this reel: https://instagram.com/reel/example, my handle @..., CTA keyword GUIDE

Prompt

/content-factory - my niche is [niche], model this reel: [reel URL], my handle @..., CTA keyword GUIDE

I ran this as one command against the live test account with no extra MCP tuning and captured the return structure below.

What came back (actual engine return)

It returned five sections in one run: a short niche scorecard, a reusable reel teardown, a hook ladder with variants, a build-ready script summary, and an autoresponder rule for the keyword GUIDE.

The return was explicit enough to paste straight into review: topic, hook ranking, shot plan, caption draft, and lead path. No extra glue code, no spreadsheet step.

What I did with it instead of rewriting everything

That output let me choose the second hook tier, leave the build plan intact, and queue the reel for review. It also created one keyword rule so comment responders were ready before posting.

In practice, this means I skipped all the “which step should I run first” fatigue and still kept control: one final sign-off and then publish.

For people who want the full manual stack behind this, this one skill wraps the same path we use in the autopilot setup.
