As of 2026-08-19, ManyChat shows five web plans with fixed base pricing plus paid Active Contact overage.
ManyChat changed its pricing model on March 2, 2026 for accounts created on or after that date. Legacy accounts were already in use before the change and are still on an older model while migration is being opened to them.

Legacy pricing behavior (accounts created before March 2, 2026)
The same ManyChat help center states that the legacy pages describe plans before March 2, 2026, and that:
- Legacy Free limits were 1,000 contacts of all types.
- Legacy Pro started at $15/month for up to 500 contacts, and then scaled as contacts grew.
- Migration from legacy plans is still being prepared for existing accounts; ManyChat indicates teams have not published a public date and says users will be notified when it becomes available.
If you were searching after using ManyChat for a while, verify the profile above before comparing to the new model.

Overage economics
Above each plan cap in the new model, overage applies by plan:
- Essential: $0.10 per additional Active Contact.
- Pro: $0.05 per additional Active Contact.
- Business: $0.025 per additional Active Contact.
- Advanced: custom overage pricing.
Overages are added automatically and can be capped in Settings → Billing → Subscription.
Cost examples by operating profile
- At 25 contacts, stay on Free.
- At 250 contacts, Essential is base floor.
- At 2,500 contacts, Pro is practical floor.
- At 7,500 contacts, Business is the next tier.
- At 25,000+ contacts, Advanced is required by base cap.
