Can You Get Paid Per View to Post Reels About an AI Tool?
The Ootto Team · 6 min read · November 1, 2026
Yes. Ootto pays $1.00 for every 1,000 views on your own Instagram Reels about Ootto, rising to $3.00 as your views grow.
You post from your own account, the views are counted from Instagram's own numbers, and you are paid monthly. Joining costs nothing and needs no Ootto plan. The full terms are on the creator program page; this post answers the questions people ask before they trust a program like this.
How does getting paid per view work?
A per-view program pays you for the views your videos get, instead of a flat fee per video. You post, the views are counted, and you earn a set amount for every 1,000 of them.
Many programs like this, often called clipping, pay people to post short clips cut from someone else's videos. Ours pays you to make your own Reels about one product, Ootto, on your own Instagram.
How much does Ootto pay per 1,000 views?
The rate climbs with your counted views, in four tiers:
- Starter: $1.00 per 1,000 views. Where everyone starts.
- Rising: $1.50 per 1,000 views, from 50,000 counted views.
- Pro: $2.00 per 1,000 views, from 250,000 counted views.
- Elite: $3.00 per 1,000 views, from 1,000,000 counted views.
Counted views are all the views on your eligible Reels since you signed up. A new tier pays its rate on every view after you reach it; reaching a tier never changes what you already earned. There is no monthly cap by default.
Who can join?
- Anyone with an Instagram creator or business account. A personal account can't be read, so switch it to creator or business first. It is free and takes a minute in Instagram's settings.
- One Reel on that account with more than 2,000 views, on any topic. We look through your Reels ourselves when you sign up, so you don't need to paste anything. If you have one, you are in right away. If you don't, we review your application by hand.
- From almost anywhere. The exceptions are Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, where we can't send payments.
- No Ootto plan needed. You don't pay anything to join.
Which Reels count?
A Reel counts when all of this is true:
- It is on your own Instagram, the account you joined with.
- You posted it after you signed the creator agreement.
- It is about Ootto: you say it, show it on screen, or talk about it in the caption. A hashtag alone does not count.
- For Ootto's job, it opens on a hook made with code or AI. Making it with Ootto itself is the easy way, and it is what the job suggests.
Your creator dashboard shows every Reel, whether it counts, and what it has earned so far. Reels join it by themselves; you don't submit them.
Do I post on my own account?
Yes. You post on your own Instagram, not a page we run, and you keep the Reels and the followers they bring. You don't need a second account for the program.
Follow Instagram's rules and the advertising rules where you live, including the paid partnership label when they require it. And don't say things about Ootto that aren't true.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly.
- Views are read once a day from your connected Instagram, using Instagram's own organic view count.
- The newest two days are held, because Instagram says its numbers can take up to 48 hours to settle.
- After a month closes, its last days have settled and we have reviewed its numbers, what you earned is sent to the payout account you connect from your creator dashboard.
- You withdraw it from there to your bank, PayPal or crypto. The payout service checks your identity first and charges its own withdrawal fee.
Until you connect a payout account, what you earn is kept for you. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for the tax form your country needs before we pay.
What about fake views?
Views from bots, bought views and view-for-view or engagement groups are not paid. We flag unusual numbers, like views far above a Reel's reach or a sudden jump on an old Reel, and review them by hand; the flags are shown to you too. Money paid for views later shown to be fake comes off your next payments.
This is the main thing to check in any per-view program: how views are counted, and who decides what is real. Ours counts only what Instagram itself reports, and nothing is taken off without a person looking at it.
