- Open workspace on desktop.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Choose reason, add a short note, click Cancel My Subscription.
What to expect
ManyChat documents this as pending, not immediate:
- Active access continues until current cycle ends.
- Charges stop after period completion if cancellation is done before next invoice generation.
- Late cancellation may still hit the already generated invoice.
Permission blocker checklist
If you do not see Billing:
- Confirm account role is Owner/Admin.
- Ask an Owner/Admin to grant billing permissions.
- Re-open Billing and retry.
