As of 2026-08-19, ManyChat states account deletion is desktop-only and irreversible.
Safe deletion order
- Confirm you are on desktop.
- Cancel subscription first if on paid plan.
- Remove team members.
- Remove connected channels.
- Delete account from Settings → General → Delete Account.
- Complete the dynamic checklist in the delete modal.
Pro account rule
For paid accounts, ManyChat requires subscription expiry before full deletion can finish.
Why this reduces risk
Deleting before export loses flow continuity. Keep migration data first, then move only proven flows.
